Volunteer for Going Away With – adventure and development team

The role

This exciting new role will be part of the team to make sure that our volunteers have the relevant training and support, to allow them to take our young members away and have amazing opportunities.

The key skills and attributes that we’re looking for are:

• Be able to communicate with a wide range of volunteers
• Be able to work collaboratively with staff in line with the staff volunteer protocol
•  Be able to work as part of a team
• Be good at planning and coordination
• To be open and approachable
• Have excellent administrative skills
• Be proficient with Zoom and Teams
• It is essential that you have gained your going away with qualification
•  It is essential that you have experience dealing with RENs and risk assessments
