- 1 cup icing sugar
How to make it:
Mix icing sugar and a small amount of water to make a thick paste. Using a small spoon or knife, spread the icing on the biscuit and the smallest end of the marshmallow. Place the marshmallow in the middle of the biscuit and press down lightly.
Next, you need to put a handle on the marshmallow – you may need to hold the marshallow whilst you put the polo into the side.
You’ve now made your first teacup biscuit! A yummy tip is that you can use melted chocolate instead of icing if you prefer.
