The role
The guiding delivery depute lead volunteer is responsible for championing co-production and ensuring young members play an active role in shaping projects, events and initiatives. They will work with senior volunteers and staff to ensure there is a wide range of events and opportunities and that they are delivered to a high standard. This is a 3 year appointment and the guiding delivery depute lead volunteer can be any adult member aged 18+.
This role is part of the guiding delivery team, which focuses on developing and managing the programme for members aged 5-30 and supports leaders in delivering that programme. The team is led by Emma Ritchie. This role will be supported by the lead volunteer and members of the guiding delivery team, guiding delivery manager and staff team and Girlguiding Scotland senior staff and volunteers.
