Complaints and safeguarding concerns

It is important to ensure a system is in place to deal with complaints and safeguarding concerns and refer them to the appropriate level in Girlguiding, as required.

This can be a difficult part of being a volunteer but by adhering to the following policies, procedures, and guidance volunteers can ensure they are doing their best for all members.
