We know that growing our membership isn’t easy! There’s lots of different things to think about – strengthening what we have, retaining our existing members, building up new opportunities and reaching out to new communities – and it can be hard to know where to begin sometimes.

The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. The Scottish Growth & Development Working Group can provide tailored 121 support to help you tackle challenges around recruitment, welcome and induction, venues, flexible guiding, thanks and recognition, retaining members and planning for growth.
