- What? An opportunity to learn how to cater for a large group, thinking about a meal plan for an indoor weekend group
- When? Wednesday, 12 March 7.30-9pm
- Where? Virtually by Zoom
- Who is it for? This would benefit any volunteer who wants to support catering for a large group.

In this session you will:
- Basic menu planning and quantities needed
- Catering team and any requirements and support
- Catering for dietary requirements
- How to make sure no one is hungry
This session is the second of series of sessions to support volunteers taking young members away, the others will include:
- Intro to GAW
- Taking it further – going away for more than 1 night (indoors)
- Going camping
You can choose to attend all of them or only the ones you that you feel would be most useful.
