Join us for the first Routes: Develop session  of the year! 

These online interactive, sessions are designed to help you build skills, learn something new and meet your peers across guiding.

In our first call of the new year, Eleanor, one of our volunteer trainers, will deliver a session on ‘work-life-guiding’ balance. We know many volunteers often feel stretched between the three, and this session offers practical tips for managing your time, setting boundaries, and looking after your wellbeing—so you can keep enjoying guiding while feeling balanced and in control. This will be similar to a session she ran at Lead 2025 in November 2025.

What to expect:

• Friendly, informal chats (no lectures here!)
• Actionable advice you can use straight away
• A chance to meet and share ideas with others in the Routes community
