Join us for the very first Routes: Develop session – a new pilot project for 18 to 30-year-olds in Girlguiding Scotland to connect, learn and lead with confidence.

This session’s theme is access and inclusion. We’ll be diving into how to create inclusive, welcoming environments, whether that’s in guiding, at work or in everyday life. We’ll be joined by experts, who will share practical tips, tools and real-world advice on how to support people with additional access needs so you can feel confident you’re building inclusive environments.

• Actionable advice and tools you can use straight away
• Information on where to look next if you want to learn more
• A chance to meet and share ideas with others in the Routes community
