Our #IBelong campaign is back for 2024 and is your opportunity to shout about what guiding means to you! The digital campaign is all about sharing how amazing our guiding community across Scotland is. Girlguiding Scotland is for all girls, you belong in guiding, no matter what your background is or where you are from.

We want to hear from you – tell us why you love guiding! Share with us your favourite memories, the friends you’ve made and how you feel included in the guiding community. There are lots of fun and creative ways to do this!

How to take part

Choose how you’d like to share your story with us, on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X) or email from the list below. This is a great opportunity to get creative with your unit, on your own, or with friends.

• Make a short video (or a Reel) which shows what guiding means to you
• Write a song or choose one of your favourite tunes and make up lyrics to tell us why you love guiding
• Write a poem about why you love being in guiding or a guiding memory
• Share a photo of their favourite guiding memory and tell us why it means a lot to you
• Draw, paint a picture, make a comic strip or write and illustrate a short story
• Is there another way you’d like to share your story that’s not on this list? We can’t wait to see it!
