Join us for the third Routes: Develop session – a new pilot project for 18 to 30-year-olds in Girlguiding Scotland to connect, learn and lead with confidence.

These online interactive, sessions are designed to help you build skills, learn something new and meet your peers across guiding.

For October’s session, we’re looking at all things Girlguiding Scotland, including sharing how decisions are made, the different volunteering roles across the organisation and opportunities to get involved with bigger events or planning that happen outside of units. We’ve got our Scottish Chief Commissioner Elaine joining us to share her leadership journey, expertise and hear about your experiences with leadership roles in guiding!

This session would be helpful for anyone curious about how Girlguiding works across Scotland or opportunities outside of units.
