Financial Accountant (part time)
Girlguiding Scotland is recruiting a part time Financial Accountant in our Business Management & Finance team.
We are ideally looking for a qualified accountant however qualified by experience or part qualified will also be considered. In this role you will be working in a busy finance office with an experienced team to provide a consistently efficient and effective service to our stakeholders including staff across the organisation and key volunteers.Reporting to the head of the Business Management and Finance Team, this role is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements and quarterly VAT returns.
You will need to have an eye for detail and accuracy, be approachable, and able to articulate financial matters both oral and written to a wide range of people.
Cleaners (part time)
Do you want to work at Girlguiding Scotland’s home from home in the Scottish Borders?
Netherurd, Girlguiding Scotland’s Training and Activity Centre, is recruiting two part-time cleaners to join their small team.
The cleaner will work with the Head Cleaner to clean all areas of Netherurd Estate including the Main House and Garden House. This role also entails assisting with catering service as required. The candidate should be able to be able work on their own and as part of a team.
There are two roles available – 16 hours per week and 12 hours per week. The roles include occasional evening and weekend work when required.
