If you’re after camping, outdoor adventure or themed pack holidays and sleepovers, look no further than Netherurd, Girlguiding Scotland’s historic and welcoming mansion house in the Borders.
Scottish guiding’s home from home has no less than five lush green campsites and offers everything from outdoor adventure activities to bespoke camps and holiday weekends. Netherurd got an upgrade in 2016 and now has more en suite rooms and a mini-village of glamping-style wooden huts – keep an eye on our social media feeds and website for updates!

Scottish youth hostelling membership
Girlguiding Scotland has a membership card for SYHA Hostelling Scotland, allowing up to ten people at a time to stay at any of the organisation’s properties in Scotland, available to lend to members. If you’d like to borrow the card please get in touch.
National Trust for Scotland membership
Girlguiding Scotland also has four membership cards for the National Trust for Scotland to lend out to members. The cards allow up to 50 people to visit hundreds of the trust’s historic properties across Scotland. Please get in touch if you’d like to borrow one or more of the cards.
