The lead volunteer for girl voice is a key role within our new structure which will enable our young members’ voices to be heard. This role will play a significant part in making sure that girls have access to exciting opportunities that help them develop and realise their full potential. The main focus will be on ensuring that our external affairs work is girl-led so that girls’ voices shape the design and delivery of our work.
This volunteer will contribute to the delivery of Girlguiding Scotland’s strategy as a member of Girlguiding Scotland’s operational board. As a member of this board, the volunteer will work in partnership with other senior volunteers and staff to commission, coordinate and report on the delivery of key projects and manage our ongoing activities.
