Girlguiding Scotland is made up of a small team of staff working in partnership with volunteers to deliver guiding to our 40,000 members and 9,000 volunteers across Scotland. Elaine is the lead volunteer for Scotland with overall responsibility for making sure we continue to inspire girls across the country. Elaine also chairs the trustee board, and the appointments committee.

Lyndsay supports the Scottish chief commissioner, and her team. Lyndsay is chair of the county support team, supporting volunteers with issues regarding safeguarding, concerns, compliance and equity, diversity and inclusion.

Carol oversees the work of the awards committee, who consider nominations for the Scottish Chief Commissioner's award, and the Scottish Chief Commissioner's Thistle award as well as Laurel and Silver Fish awards.

Alison is chair of the business management and finance committee, who are responsible for reviewing the organisation's financial management and strategy, as well as retail, IT and HR. She is also a trustee.
