Volunteer recruitment checks – PVG
Girlguiding and Girlguiding Scotland are committed to maintaining a safe space for all of our members and volunteers as a top priority.
All adult volunteers are required to follow Girlguiding’s Recruitment & Vetting procedures and comply with the associated policy.
For roles that require Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) Scheme membership, a PVG scheme disclosure (Join or Existing as appropriate) should be completed with the support of a local ID Verifier.
If you are already a member of the PVG scheme and require your scheme membership number or a replacement copy of your PVG scheme membership certificate, please contact Disclosure Scotland directly on 0300 0200 040.
If you are already a member of the PVG scheme and require your scheme membership number to complete a PVG scheme disclosure (Existing), please contact Disclosure Scotland directly on 0300 0200 040.
