- What? An opportunity to learn more about taking groups away for longer
- When? Tuesday, 18 March 7.30-9pm
- Where? Virtually by Zoom
- Who is it for? This would benefit any volunteer who has been away previously but would like to lead their own event

In this session you will:
- Timetabling the whole weekend
- Thinking about using external activity providers
- Themes, duty groups and managing the girls
- Managing leaders and contingency plans
This session is the second of series of sessions to support volunteers taking young members away, the others include:
- Intro to GAW
- Catering for a large group
- Going camping
You can choose to attend all of them or only the ones you that you feel would be most useful.
