Lead 2025 is a leadership conference which will support you wherever you are on your leadership journey. Whether you are a experienced commissioner or interested in developing your skills we’ll have sessions perfect for you. At our amazing venue in Glasgow you’ll have the chance to meet with lots of other members, hear from a fantastic key note speaker and attend a wide variety of sessions, all tailored to be perfect for wherever you are on your leadership journey. Sessions will include building your team definitely, confident communications and creating a culture of belonging.
