How to build your local team

What? A session aimed to support commissioners to build up their local team, engaging both leaders and supporting roles in the local area.
When? Sunday, 9 March – 7.00-8.30pm
Where? Virtually by Zoom
Who is it for? This would benefit any ‘newish’ commissioner but could also be useful to other commissioners.

In this session you will:

Ways to get your local leaders involved and working as part of your district/division team
Who do you need to support the district/division or county team
Planning for the future
