Top tips for feeling good this Mental Health Awareness Week

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week so we asked Peer Educator Katie-Rebecca to share her top tips for positive well-being.

Katie-Rebecca, 21, is one of more than 60 Peer Educators across Scotland who help girls to talk about important issues – from body confidence to mental well-being. Watch Katie-Rebecca’s vlog to find out her top tips for dealing with pressure and feeling good about yourself.

This Mental Health Awareness Week we’re celebrating that more than 500 girls have benefited from Think Resilient sessions delivered by their local Peer Educator, helping Brownies,Guides and Senior Section members to talk about mental health, find positive ways to tackle stress and boost their resilience.
