Forth Valley

In Forth Valley, there are 2,999 Girlguiding Scotland members and supporters including 143 units.

Alison Irving is the county commissioner for Girlguiding Forth Valley. She says:

“In Forth Valley nearly 2,500 girls and adult volunteers take part in Girlguiding in more than 140 units.

We are one of the bigger Girlguiding counties in Scotland with units offering a wide and varied programme of activities across the Falkirk and Stirling local authority areas, from Drymen to Dunblane and Bo’ness to Bridge of Allan, among other places.

We’re happy to host those keen to get involved with independent guiding who are unable to attend a local unit.”
