Summer Saturdays are back! We’re offering A Safe Space training sessions in Aberdeen.
These Level 3 & 4 training sessions are an excellent way for volunteers to either gain or brush up on their safe space training. They’ll be delivered by a Girlguiding Scotland trainer and you’ll get a certificate when you’re done.
What to expect…
You can sign up for the Level 3 and then the Level 4 training session or just one of them!
10am-1pm – A Safe Space level 3
You should have completed Level 1 & 2, and the Level 3 e-learning module before coming along.
This is open to anyone leading a team of adults, at least one leader per unit (leader, assistant leader, leader in training), mentors, advisers, coordinators (except GO coordinators), licence holders on residentials, trainers and tutors.
1.45pm-4.45pm – A Safe Space Level 4
Registration opens at 1.30pm. Commissioners, designates, deputies and those sharing a role, trainers and A Safe Space advisers are welcome to come along to this training session. You should have completed Levels 1-3 before attending.
How much does it cost?
These event’s are free but there are limited spaces.
