There are nearly 700 members throughout Girlguiding Argyll.
Alison Mackenzie and Louise Garden are jointly fulfilling the county commissioner role for Argyll. Here’s what they have to say about the area:
‘Argyll covers a large geographical area of Scotland including remote and rural areas on the mainland and several Islands. We currently have Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers in the main areas of population on the mainland and on two Islands Mull and Islay.
We’re looking forward to promoting and establishing Independent Guiding across Argyll.’
