I feel very lucky to be in a job that challenges and inspires me.
I get to work closely with a great team of staff and volunteers who share a passion for helping girls and young women develop to their full potential.
My favourite Girlguiding memory is boiling an egg on a camping stove in Edinburgh Castle as a Brownie.
We had to come up with an unusual place to boil an egg for a competition and our Six chose a volcano – sadly we had to settle for an extinct one!
