Girlguiding Shetland has more than 300 members.
Susan Jamieson is the county commissioner for Shetland. She says:
“Shetland is the most northerly county in Scotland, separated from the mainland by 300 miles of sea. We have around 22 units spread across the Shetland mainland and in three of the outer isles.
Our 30 leaders run varied programmes making the most of our amazing surroundings and local opportunities. We also venture further afield for national and international events, but every trip outside the county is an adventure involving a flight or overnight ferry!”
