Activities
Archery
The girls, able bodied or disabled, no matter what age can enjoy this experience which is rarely taught at school. They love learning about this sport and having a chance to shoot as well. Mini competitions and games (i.e. shoot the balloons) really help to keep their interest. Importantly, it helps the girls' concentration, communication skills, hand-eye co-ordination, listening ability and even their maths.
"I learned a lot about archery because we were taught the way people had been doing it for centuries. I enjoyed it very much and it was a good way to keep fit."
