Heather Reid - Weather Presenter & Meteorologist
Heather Reid presents the nightly forecast on BBC Scotland's Reporting Scotland news programme. She lives in Paisley, Renfrewshire."In today's society I think knowing how to work with others is very important."
I'm a big fan of the 3rd Floor - especially all the renewable energy type exhibits - there's an important message there.....
A lovely big warm front!
Orkney Science Festival. I'd never been to Orkney before - it's a beautiful place with amazing scenery, warm, friendly people and good restaurants!
The Cobbler - it was one of the first dates with my now husband.
I really enjoy analysing the weather charts and deciding how best to communicate the message, especially when the weather is severe.
That we don't do any of the scientific work and just read a script - I don't have an autocue. I just make it up as I go along!
Socially the girls learn about: making group decisions, working with and having consideration for others. In today's society I think knowing how to work with others is very important.
Professor Susan Greenfield CBE - advisor to the Social Issues Research Centre - she has excellent communication skills and makes a complicated subject (the brain!) understandable.

Ian Botham, Imran Khan, David Gower and Shane Warne - two great all-rounders, a beautiful batsman and the best bowler in the world, and they're all fairly attractive into the bargain!
I still have to do Tower Ridge on Ben Nevis with my husband - maybe next summer if we get a nice summer's day.
