If you’re aged 14-25 and want to empower girls then why not become a peer educator?

Sign up for the Basic Training weekend for your chance to learn everything you need to know about Girlguiding’s Peer Education programme. You’ll learn how to run safe, fun and challenging sessions for your peers on issues like body confidence and bullying.

The sessions are developed with expert partners to support Brownies, Guides and members of The Senior Section. After the weekend you’ll be ready to run sessions! This will look great on your CV or when you’re applying for a job, university or college.

This is open members of The Senior Section and it’s free but you’ll be asked to pay £25 towards your travel expenses. The deadline for booking a place at this event has passed but if you’re still interested in coming along then please email Laura to see if there are any spaces left. You can download the application form here.

*If you’d like more information on the Peer Education programme please get in touch with Erin Fulton or contact the 4 Peer Education team directly*
