Girlguiding Ayrshire North has more than 3,000 young women and volunteers. The county stretches as far north as Largs down to Irvine on the west coast of Scotland, across to Kilmarnock, Stewarton and Darvel. It also includes the two islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
Helen Shedden is the county commissioner for Ayrshire North along with Assistant County Commissioner, Shiona Gilmour. Helen says:
“We are always keen to welcome new girls, young women and volunteers.
The county is home to the Blair Activity Centre and the famous Ayrwaves International Camp which are two experiences in themselves!”
