Ambassadors
Ambassadors are our external working agents, promoting our work amongst colleagues and friends.
Our Ambassadors have been appointed at local, county or Scottish level. We have 400 ambassadors for Scotland who come from all areas and walks of life and recognise the value of Guiding and its contribution in providing positive opportunities for girls and young women.
They are willing to support us by sharing, with the wider community, a positive and contemporary message about our organisation and its members. Current ambassadors for Scotland include: Karen Dunbar, Susan Hampshire, Charles Kennedy and Sir David Steele.

"I am delighted to support Girlguiding Scotland as an Ambassador. As a Brownie, Guide and Queens Guide I experienced a huge range of activities I would never otherwise have had access to. Since becoming reacquainted with Guiding as an Ambassador I can see that the organisation has moved on enormously, and presents even more rewarding and exciting challenges to the girls of today.
